Roadswest Engineering Group Pty Ltd is a Civil Engineering Consultancy company, working within Western Australia providing Planning, Design and Project Management Services. Roadswest is a fully owned private Company whose owners are actively involved in the day to day operations. Roadswest is a well-respected organisation within Main Roads of Western Australia (MRWA) and the engineering community and our aim is to strengthen this position with the appointment of an additional Civil Engineer.
About the position:
We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with substantial Road/MRWA engineering experience to add to our highly experienced Civil/Road design Team. This role offers involvement in Road Design, Documentation and Project Management for a variety of projects spanning the Metropolitan Area and the regional areas of WA. Clients include MRWA, Local Governments, Mining and Construction Companies. This role will allow the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all areas of Civil Engineering and exposure to a variety of projects.
To be considered for this role, you will require experience in the following:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-6 years in the Civil Engineering field
- Civil/Roads construction work
- Civil/Road Project Management
- Road design, stormwater drainage design, safety in design and risk assessment
- Technical report writing
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Technical and analytical skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage resources and delegate tasks
- Ability to create and maintain good working relationships
- Excellent client focus and ability to develop good client relationships
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Austroads and MRWA Standards
- Drivers licence (valid in Australia)
