ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This is a specialist engineering consultancy located in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Showcasing a diverse portfolio of stormwater drainage, subdivision, road and drainage projects, this boutique-sized firm is looking to engage a Civil Design Engineer to join it's team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Based in Sydney, this is a Civil Design Engineer position to work and specialise on subdivision projects across NSW. In this position you will work alongside a close knit team of established engineers to deliver subdivisions of 100-300 lots, inclusive of the road design and stormwater drainage design.
DUTIES.
- Manage diverse projects, ranging from water, sewage, drainage, and flood studies
- Coordinate your own projects
- Design using TuFlow, Drains and HEC-RAS software
- Liaise with local councils, clients and other stakeholders
- Attend client meetings alongside the senior engineers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree Qualifications in Engineering
- Proficient with TuFlow, DRAINS, HEC-RAS and other related software
- Design experience with stormwater drainage and flood study projects is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
