The role
The City of Casey is looking to hire a Building Condition Audit Officer in a permanent – full time capacity, whose specialist advice or guidance will contribute to pro-active, strategic and sustainable building service. The role requires you to ensure that council owned, and managed buildings are audited in a detailed, accurate and timely manner.
About you
To be successful in the role, you will have experience undertaking building audits to assess current condition, anticipated lifespan and maintenance or replacement costs. You will possess a relevant qualification and strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Your keen eye for detail and relevant experience that makes you a specialist in your area will be highly regarded.
