Manager - Mechanical Engineering

We expect that your passion is managing a team of high-performing engineers and you’ll have more than just a few years of experience working on challenging projects. This role will give you the opportunity to put your leadership competencies in to practice and leave your mark on projects and processes.
You will have some serious history with mechanical design activities required for new product development. You will have proven management skills, able to led teams to achieve a common goal, and an excellent communicator and advocate of change. You’ll have some strong success stories and a failure or two that you will have learnt from.
To get us really excited, you will have a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical or Mechatronics engineering and at least 10 years of experience managing a team.
