Australian Property Advisory - 12D Civil Design Engineer - Melbourne - CBD

This is an opportunity to progress your career working on prestigious land development projects in Victoria. You will be working for a reputable business in the CBD and your duties will include:

• Managing detailed design of Greenfield, infill, commercial and built form developments.
• To build and develop projects offering in the civil engineering unit.
• Provide engineering advice to company's advisory service sectors.
• Involved in the management full lifecycle of projects from feasibility to construction.

You will have an opportunity to work on subdivision projects up to 500 lots, medium density & multi-unit commercial developments. There is also further scope to work within the industrial & retired living sectors across Victoria.

Requirements:

• Strong 12-D software package experience,
• Further hands on experience using AutoCAD, Drains, Music;
• 10 years+ experience working on Land Development projects in Victoria.
• Previous management & mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards, VicRoads, AustRoads, WSAA and other Authorities policies and guidelines including local Council Standards.

Remuneration:
$130,000 - $150,000 package (dependent on previous experience and fit team)
