Blesbok Enterprises is a manufacturing, import business established in 2004.

 

We are currently seeking a technical support and customer service person to join our team at our Bondi Junction Head Office.

 

The role is a full time permanent position and hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday plus additional hours when required.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

 

·         Ability to work with customers – both in person and over the phone / internet – on problem solving

·         Ability to work with customers – both in person and over the phone / internet – on transforming current problems into new opportunities

·         Ability to visit customers and prospective customers, and represent Blesbok professionally and competently.

·         High level computer literacy, some knowledge of CAD drawings

·         Ability to work on, enhance and maintain the Blesbok database - adding drawings and photos of products.

·         Ability to document reports following customer visits and on a weekly basis, with action points and to follow up on actions.

·         Ability to liaise and work with Blesbok team to ensure customer's best interests are always paramount.

·         Ability to learn and understand the various technical processes that are used by Blesbok factories.

 

The successful applicant will be a self –motivated professional and have:

·         Theoretical and practical technical skills

·         Engineering degree – or similar   

·         Data base management skills

·         Attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·         Excellent time management and organisational skills

·         The ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment

·         Experience in technical design and drawings, Excel, Word, Outlook and all platforms
