We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Engineering Professional to join our team in Bayswater, Melbourne.
The key responsibilities include:
- Drives and influences developments, technical value streams or technical processes within own field of expertise according to strategic needs, impacting the business.
- Typically advises and supports Segments, Departments or CT Research Groups, respectively.
- Is known in respective scientific community and utilizes their network.
- Takes responsibility for their technology field including disruptive technologies.
- Trains and coaches others in the whole organization in their field of expertise.
- Persuasively communicate building system solutions to and influence to high level industry influences
- Propose technical solutions to existing and prospective customers related to the operation of their facilities to ensure they operate more efficiently.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering products and services, accompanied by relevant technical or business qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, Security and electrical concepts and operations.
- Excellent presentation skills
- The ability to keep informed of local business trends, key networks and competitors within the market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally
