ABOUT THIS ROLE

Jacobs Australia (Jacobs) is a leading provider of independent professional services - primarily project management, engineering, logistics, management consulting, and information management - to the Australian Defence Organisation (ADO), other government agencies and commercial clients.
  
We have placed large Integrated Project Teams (IPT) into the Defence environment to support the development, acquisition and delivery of major, complex capability across the SEA, AEROSPACE, and LAND domains, as well as C4ISR and Electronic Warfare.

Jacobs was recently successful in becoming a Major Service Provider on the DSS Panel and currently have multiple exciting, ongoing opportunities to join our growing organisation.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a similar/ relevant role 
• Experience in managing Systems Engineering and requirements management processes in Defence 

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Previous experience in supporting large and complex acquisition and sustainment projects
• Experience in the Capability Definition Document development process
• Experience using the CORE model-based systems engineering tool
• Experience using DOORS requirements management tool
• Engineering qualifications applicable for membership of Engineers Australia

ELEGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 

• Australian Citizen
• Must hold, as a minimum, an AGSVA Negative Vetting (NV1) Security clearance
