We are currently in the market looking for candidates that have experience working for in consultancy and have worked to Australian standards across civil, infrastructure and roads projects.
 
The Role
Reporting directly to the Civil Lead you will have a major influence on the direction of the projects to which you are assigned. It is envisaged that you possess a thorough knowledge of Australian design codes and enjoy working in a fast paced project and team orientated environment.

You will be Responsible for:

• Working on a variety of projects across civil infrastructure/ Land Development / transport
• Designing infrastructure services using appropriate software - such as AutoCad, 12D or Microstation
• Ensuring correct policies and procedures for document/drawing creation are in place
• Technical expertise in ideally in road designs, drainage, water supply, sewerage designs and earthworks

To be considered for this position you must have:

• As a Civil Drafter you will possess a relevant TAFE qualification or diploma in engineering
• A minimum of 3 years experience and excellent knowledge of local design codes / standards.
• A strong background across Civil infrastructure / Transport
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work to deadlines and the passion to be the best and be part of a winning team
