Based in the heart of Cairns, this highly renowned global multidiscipline engineering consultancy have been experiencing sustained steady growth across they business in Brisbane and across the country.
They are well established within building structures in far north QLD and are currently working on a number of major projects in the industry including several high rise, high profile commercial and mixed use buildings within far north QLD and interstate.
They have a reputation for delivering excellence and are firm believers in putting design first above all else.
The Role
Due to their ongoing success, they have the requirement for an experienced intermediate structural engineer to assist them in working across a number of projects of all sizes and types.
The role will slot in under an experienced senior team from which you will draw experience and mentorship. This will give you a fantastic platform on which to grow and develop your career in building structures.
The Responsibilities
Reporting into the Structural Team Lead, you will be working on the design of residential, commercial, healthcare, education, government and light industrial building structures.
You will work closely with clients both internally and externally and you will rely on your strong client facing and communication skills to deliver top class designs.
You will be a key member of the team and will grow into an experienced Senior Engineer and beyond.

- A minimum of 3 years of structural design engineering
- Extensive experience within a consulting environment within Australia
- Degree qualified
- Exposure to working diverse building types
- Experience with SPACEGASS, ETABS, RAM and RAPT software is highly regarded but not essential
