Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will see you developing, formalising and controlling the NPD Process for the organisation and syncing this with the finance, marketing and finance functions. You’ll need to undertake research to maximise the effectiveness of NPD initiatives whilst ensuring shelf life and NIP testing is timely and accurate. The NPD function you lead will need to be compliant with legislative and external reporting requirements. You’ll also possess the creative flair needed to bring new packaging and new products to life.
What you'll need to succeed
This excellent opportunity commands proven skills and industry experience across NPD, NIP development and product and packaging commercialisation. You’ll possess tertiary qualifications in food science / technology and have practical work experience in NPD. You’ll also need sharp commercial acumen coupled with excellent communication skills and time management skills.
