Civil Designer 12D - Urban Land Development 

• Based in NEWCASTLE- Award winning consultancy 
• Permanent Role - $90-$120k + SUPER 

About the Company

A dynamic and well respected consultancy with a strong track record for delivering excellent design and project management solutions to a range of public and private sector clients. They deliver various types of technically challenging and innovative projects across urban renewal/development and local council infrastructure (earthworks, stormwater, sewer, pavements, water, pavements and road design, among others).

They pride themselves on building strong relationship and understanding their clients individual needs, whilst ensuring even their most senior management team are readily available & accessible.    

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth this exciting opportunity for an accomplished Civil Designer has arisen. The position offers an opportunity for career advancement and increased responsibility, where you will play a key role in delivering a variety of road and land development projects.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience using 12d Modelling Software
• Experience in residential, commercial & light industrial fields is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Australian civil design codes 
• Degree/Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to provide specialist knowledge in the related fields
• Proactive and positive attitude applied to all work
• Strong commitment to teamwork & working collaboratively with other offices
