About the role:
Based in Kelvin Grove and reporting to the General Manager - Concrete QLD Boral CM&C is looking to appoint a Continuous Improvement Manager - Concrete, whose primary focus will be to provide detailed analysis and metrics on the performance of Boral’s Production System (BPS) across the Concrete business. In consultation with key stakeholders, you will drive the effective integration of continuous improvement and overall equipment effectiveness across our QLD concrete business.
Key to the success in this role will be your significant and progressive experience in implementing and maintaining business improvement processes. You will have demonstrated experience in a role with continuous improvement or LEAN accountability. Your proven ability to manage and deliver multiple complex and challenging activities with competing deadlines will see you successfully working within a rigid environment.
Essentially degree qualified in business/engineering/construction (MBA desirable), combined with Six Sigma/Lean or related business improvement qualifications, you will have a minimum 5 years’ experience leading and influencing people at all organisation levels.
