Your new role
Our business is extremely well-positioned in a rapidly strengthening market and we are looking for people to share in our success. In particular, we are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our recognized and highly successful training program. You will posses strong attention to detail, vibrant networking skills, a passion for business development and the ability to work to high sales targets and KPI's.
You will be mentored by the best to specialise in the recruitment of white collar Rail professionals, assisting current clients and building potential clients throughout Sydney and outer suburbs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have well-developed relationship-building skills, drive, ambition and a passion for success. You will demonstrate the ability to work proactively in a reactive market. You will have a commercial mindset and see the most in every opportunity and have a desire for long term career progression and growth. A basic understanding of the the Sydney construction market would be highly advantageous but not essential.
