About the role

As a result of continuous company growth, GPA is looking for a highly motivated Instrument and Electrical Drafter (or Trainee Drafter) to join our extensive team. At GPA you will become a valuable employee where development and training is paramount as we support you to be the best you can be whilst performing in an environment of the highest quality standards and personal support. Motivation and capability to learn on the job is essential. We will provide mentoring and access to support, however the ability to provide feedback and manage your own development is important.

Skills and experience

Suitable Candidates may possess: 

  • Minimum of 2 years proven trade experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation or SmartPlant not essential but highly regarded
  • An Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) would be highly regarded; however the company may provide the opportunity to study this course
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Good communication skills
