The Role

Our Structures, Building Services and Security team has a strong core team of highly experienced industry professionals who take a long term approach to client management.

Due to a strong pipeline of projects, our Brisbane team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Revit Modeller to join our multidisciplinary team.

From Defence and Infrastructure to Retail and Health projects (plus everything in-between), this highly varied role will test your skills like never before.

Could this be you? 

As a specialist in our multidisciplinary team, you will:-

• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• REVIT MEP model development for building services project
• Assist the design on projects by executing the BIM management plan
• Maintain a building services mechanical engineering focus with interfaces to architectural, structural, civil and other building services disciplines
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model
• Interact with the GHD team to execute the BIM workflow requirements
• Development and refinement of mechanical services libraries and templates
• Be responsible for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables
• Coordinate building services with architecture and other engineering disciplines  

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Advanced skills in Revit and associated coordination packages
• Experience with a variety of building types
• A flair for managing project deliverables and the ability to work well with people at all levels
• Significant BIM skills together with exceptional drafting and design skills
• A minimum of 10 years of mechanical design delivery experience
• A minimum of 10 years of Autodesk Revit experience
• Experience with Autodesk Dynamo, Autodesk Navisworks and Bentley ProjectsWise is highly desirable
