The Company:
An Australian engineering consultancy with it's people at the heart of it's business. A growing Civil Engineering team, ready to make bigger waves with the addition of an Associate level (thereabouts) consulting engineer. The Role:
Within the role, you will be reporting directly to the Section Manager for Civil, an industry professional with fifteen years' experience and a reputation known within the Australian market. As an industry expert, you'll be working to your own business plan however, and be accountable to it. This role is suited to someone who is ready for responsibility, someone who knows the Victorian land development market very well. 
  
You'll be running your own greenfield sub-divisions projects across Victoria. You will be working closely with the the other civil engineers and the underground power team when developing strategies adhering to best practice solutions in design. You will also be acting as the key point of contact for clients, mentoring junior members of staff and managing the P&L on projects. 
  
We are looking for someone with:

• 10 years+ experience - enough to run a mid-sized project solo
• Ability to act as project coordinator across multiple disciplines
• Business drive and commercial acumen
• Superb conversational style and a balanced outlook on worklife balance
• Civil Engineering background ideal with degree to match
• Local Land Development Experience within a consultancy a must
• Full 360 degree experience ideal - the role incorporates masterplanning through to construction.
