About the program
This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join a collaborative team of engineers in Brisbane. You will be supporting the most advanced tactical troop transport helicopter of the 21st Century: Multi-role Helicopter (MRH90). As the Technical Single Point of Contact (TSPOC) you will be required to provide direct engineering and technical support concerning the MRH90 fleet.

About the role
As the TSPOC you can anticipate some of your day-to-day activities to include:
- The MRH TSPOC is the contact for the CAM-SO (Part M), the Part 21J and the Part 145 for the resolution of technical support;
- Record all solutions provided to the customer or maintenance organisations;
- Record all Technical Queries, Technical Occurrences and Technical Publications queries as Service Request;
- Coordinate with various functions including technical services, supply and system safety;
- Prioritisation of Service Requests (SRs) in accordance with NHI TSPOC guidelines, translating requirements to facilitate appropriate responses in a timely manner.
About you
The skills and experience best suited to this role:
- Highly developed and proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Bachelor of Engineering (ideally Aerospace, Mechanical, Avionics, Structural or Electrical);
- Alternatively a Certificate IV in Aeroskills with significant technical experience associated with aircraft;
- Extensive Defence Aviation experience;
- Working knowledge of Aviation Safety Requirements and regulations;
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
