Opportunities have arisen for two driven Cost Schedule Analysts/Project Controllers to perform an integral role within our maritime sustainment business.  These challenging and rewarding positions will be based at our office in Williamstown, Victoria and will be offered on a permanent and full time basis.  Are you up for the challenge?

As a Cost Schedule Analyst/Project Controller, you will:

• Act as a champion in Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule development/management in line with project and company guidelines
• Perform detailed analysis on data, schedules and variances, and clearly articulate results to key stakeholders to allow for timely decision making
• Manage the cost and schedule delivery and ensure stakeholders are aware of the budget and cost/schedule performance position
• Communicate and articulate  information to key stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
• Undertake timely and accurate delivery of EVM Project Reporting
• Develop fully resourced, logically linked, critical path schedules
• Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines on multiple projects
• Work closely with Project Managers to implement the EVM process of cost account status reporting, accruals, schedule status and forecasting, provision of progress and variance analysis reporting
• Ensure consolidated data for customers and stakeholders is of high quality and accuracy
• Provide accurate data and informative input to the resource planning process/tool
• Contribute to a continual improvement culture to add value through time saving and/ or increased accuracy, where possible, in the way we operate
• Provide advice to stakeholders on the use of cost schedule/project controls software systems

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• Relevant cost schedule analysis/project controls experience and knowledge of principles, tools and procedures
• Strong stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
• Self-motivation and the drive to improve current process and solve problems
