One of our valued clients is a busy family owned Engineering Company with offices in 3 States. There is an immediate vacancy for an experienced Service Co-ordinator within the pump division based in Sunshine. This is a 5 days per week casual role to start with permanency offered after a qualifying period.

You will be the Service Manager's right hand person

• 6 months + view to permanency

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you have the following:        Skills & Experience

• Scheduling/co-ordinating experience of trades people or technicians 
• Able to book and schedule all work
• Project co-ordination experience would be an advantage
• Able to manage work in progress to customer and company expectations
• Create daily job sheets for the service technicians
• Manage all online customer portals
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and change priorities as required
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel and Access)
• Ability to work unsupervised and a willingness and flexibility to work reasonable overtime and rosters to meet customer needs.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
