Based on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD, this leading engineering consultancy specialises in providing civil and structural engineering design and project management services to clients in both the public and private sector. As a result of winning a number of building structures projects, they are currently seeking an intermediate structural engineer with an interest in the design of large-scale RC and steel framed buildings.
  
Employed as a structural design engineer, you will work on the design and analysis of  apartment and office buildings, mixed use and a variety of institutional buildings.
  
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in the structural design of RC and steel framed buildings. A good knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards is important, as is exposure to SpaceGass.
  
This position offers you the opportunity to work with highly regarded engineers and drafters, further develop your design skills as well as your project management skills.
  
This position is immediately available and offers the successful candidate an above market, and negotiable salary.
