Ideal opportunity for a Circa 5 year Structural Engineer to move into a permanent, secure role at one of Melbourne's leading Structural Engineering consultancies.

As a result of a growing project workbook, they are looking to employ an additional intermediate Structural Engineer on a permanent basis. Typical projects include medium-rise residential and commercial buildings, shopping centres, hospitals and aged care facilities as well as a range of high end residential properties:
  
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for both structural design and analysis, as well as the management of projects. More specifically, your responsibilities will include: 

• Structural design and analysis of RC, steel and PT
• Overseeing projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
• Completing site inspection and coordinating with builders
• Liaising with architects and clients
• Coordinating structural drafters

This is a key role and as a result we are seeking structural engineers with specific experience and skill sets. Suitable candidates will have: 

• Completed their Bachelor of Engineering
• Circa 5+ years experience working within a consulting environment
• Extensive experience in the design or RC, PC, Timber and steel
• Past experience working on medium scale commercial, residential and institutional projects
• Management of projects from conception to completion
• Experience liaising with various project stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

While the estimated salary for the role is approximately $80,000- $95,000.00, there is flexibility and each application will be treated individually.
