Construction Director

Our Client
Our client is a boutique provider of engineering, construction and maintenance services to the road and rail transport industries in Central Queensland.
The Role
Our client is currently seeking the skills of a talented Director to join their team. You will be tasked with overseeing company services including project deliverables, staff performance, quality control, safety and environmental management. You will provide innovative solutions to resolve problems while managing external and internal relationships and business development. This position will be focused on increasing market share for our client within the local industry.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within the Australian construction sector
- Solid knowledge of capital cost estimating, project cost and schedule management
- Recent Project Management experience with a focus on road and rail industries
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead and instrument significant change within a business
