Ranger position available within regional Western Australian shire
Your new company
This regional shire is looking for an experienced Ranger to join their community driven team. Located in the northern region this beautiful location would be attractive to this wishing to expand their experience. Please note this is not a FIFO position from Perth and will be located in the region.
Your new role
Within your new role you will manage a team of one and carry out all aspects of the role, including but not limited to:
- Community engagement
- Dog management
- Livestock management
- Investigation and compliance
- Parking issues
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have your Municipal A and B and demonstrate at least 3-4 years experience working as a Ranger with regional experience being highly desirable. You will have strong understanding of the regulatory services and have proven ability to manage a team and the workload. Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills you will have a strong desire to work alongside the public with community engagement and education.
