As a result of an internal promotion and continued growth, GHD is now seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the role of Transportation Market Leader New South Wales.
 
Primarily, you will be responsible for driving business development and overseeing the delivery of projects to clients in the Transportation market in New South Wales. This will include developing new clients and managing existing relationships, as well as leading all tenders and responses to major transportation projects in Sydney. Key to your role will be the pursuit and conversion of major projects and the management of a wide range of transportation projects from inception through to completion.
 
With substantial experience in engineering, you will ideally have operated both client and consultancy side. This experience may have been gained in road, rail or a multidisciplinary transport environment. You will have led business development activities, including the winning of major projects and tenders. With a strong track record of leadership, you will have led teams in the delivery of projects. Moreover, you will have a strong reputation in the Sydney Transportation / Engineering community, as well as a proven network of B2B relationships. A strong track record of building relationships with Transport for New South Wales, Roads and Maritime Services and similar organisations will be critical to your success.
