- Essential you have worked for a well-known structural firm in Sydney.
- Experience in structural design on tall building projects above $40Million.
- Salary package ranging from $100,000 - $150,000 depending on your ability.
Senior Structural Engineers required for 2 outstanding companies on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
Both roles offer excellent building structures projects with typical construction values ranging from $50M - $800M.
They work for high profile developers, builders and architects and hence require an industry experienced structural engineer.
To be considered you MUST have:

Over 4 years Structural Design experience in Sydney - BUILDING Structures.

Between 6-15 years Post graduate building structures design experience.

Worked on Building structures projects above $40Million construction value e.g. Commercial, Residential, Health, Educational, Retail.

Have strong technical skills using different structural software packages.

Experience doing concept design of new build projects - high rise preferred.

An ability to run projects would also be highly regarded.
Please note that these roles are with leading structural firms. Only applications that meet all the above criteria will be considered. Engineers from a Resources background will not be considered suitable.
A salary range of $1000,000 - $150,000 is anticipated.
