ESTIMATOR/PLANNER
At the Haynes Group we have preferred supplier arrangements where we provide experienced skilled personnel to various client sites and projects across the Mining, Civil, Construction, Manufacturing, Gas and Energy sectors.
Currently we are seeking the services of an experienced Estimator professional for fantastic opportunities to represent the Haynes Group. We are seeking applicants with experience in the following fields Mobile Equipment Maintenance, Field Maintenance and Electrical, however candidates with Estimating and planning experience in other industries will also be considered.
Responsibilities in this position include:
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance sector with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably within service maintenance or project works in the heavy industry environment.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, coupled with problem solving abilities.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management, Business Operations and or a related discipline would be favourable but is not essential.
Suitable applicants should be experienced and proficient with the following:
- Demonstrated experience in Estimating and or Scheduling
- Sound knowledge of heavy machinery & equipment (CAT)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Mining service industry
- Demonstrated experiences is highly regarded with programs ranging from Microsoft AX, Excel and Projects 1SAP, SAP, MEX, Kronos or in similar integrated software systems solution

- Position based in Mackay
- Able to work a minimum of 8-10 hour shifts Monday to Friday
