ChoiceOne are seeking an experienced Leading Hand or new Supervisor with fabrication experience preferably with body building experience. The position will oversee trade roles in the manufacture of state of the art heavy / industrial vehicles.
Applicants will need experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand with superior knowledge of the fabrication and build processes associated with vehicle manufacturing.
You will need to be self-motivated and be someone who takes prides in the vehicle builds and can motivate a team.
Previous experience as either a Leading Hand or Supervisor with vehicle body building experience is a must.
On the job skills and requirements include:
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience in a workshop/in a fabrication environment.
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, supervisors and senior management
- Exceptional communication skills & be proficient with word and excel.
