This calibre Builder/Developer is driving their projects to a new level and have a Large industrial project with the need for a Junior to learn from the team.

Responsibilities:

• Cost Control.
• Subcontract Management.
• Leading implementation of company and alliance values.
• Subcontract Scheduling. Planning and Organisation.
• Identifying potential risks and Opportunities.
• Earnings/Forecasts.
• Quality Management.
• Safety & Environmental Leadership & Monitoring.
• Identifying contract variations and delay events.
• Decision making based on best for project approach.

The candidates our client seeks:

• Tertiary Qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Strong desire to move into Leadership.
• Goal setting and Time Management.
• Organisation skills and a sound physical fitness are also pre-requisites for these roles.
