Spent the last couple of years developing and honing your business skills in the structural arena within buildings?
- Build on an established structural arm for a mid tier civil/structural consultancy that has been quite successful in the QLD market to date.
- Knack for the business side of engineering, know how to crack a client, how to win work and how to build a consulting firms reputation and standing in the buildings industry
- Business development and client relationship management
- Still like their Principals to roll their sleeves up and get involved if needed on the technical design side, but will preodminantly be involved in client facing, marketing, bidding, proposals
- Lead the way on tenders and bids and play a key role in liaising with stakeholders from planning stage through to construction
- Perks include a mapped out career plan into Directorship and profit share/bonuses for fees brought in
- Fairly autonomous role, freedom to determine how you run with the role
You must be experienced in business development within the building structures space in Brisbane and have a strong network of professional relationships.
Civil or Structural Engineering Degree required along with 15-20+yrs in the structural engineering industry. Proven local business development and client relationship experience needed.
