Large food processing company, with major manufacturing and distribution facilities throughout Australia is now recruiting for an experience Reliability Engineer with high end manufacturing experience, people management and a career driven attitude.
This role will require you to supervise and lead a team of mechanical and electrical engineers across multiple sites, providing support and leadership in implementing change and new projects. You will be responsible for working with production management to set and deliver on planned maintenance schedules, fix breakdowns and be a key participant for the development and the implementation of Asset Management and Reliability Improvement Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team to execute maintenance strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance execution process.
- Establish KPI’s to manage and align team.
- Drive a culture of Continuous improvement.
- Monitor short term safety plan.
- Manage Preventatiuve Maintenance plans.
You will have a proven track record of operations process engineering with experience in continuous manufacturing and all areas of RCM, RCA and FMEA. Along with a strong understanding of the Environment & OH&S Policy Guidelines, the successful applicant will also need to have key credentials:
- Engineering degree and +5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strategic approach to achieving work outcomes.
- People management and leadership experience.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety by working in a safe manner at all times.
- Experience in Preventative/Predictive maintenance strategies.
- High level understanding of CMMS preferably SAP or MEX.
