Calibration Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced Calibration technician for sustainable work within the Tullamarine area for a leading airline.
General duties will be comprised of, but not limited to the following:
• Perform calibration on measurement and test equipment to established production and quality standards.
• Determine appropriate calibration methods
• Monitor and report faulty equipment
• Reporting and documenting calibrations and faults
• Contribute and attend calibration activities
• Data entry into computerised systems
To be considered for a position the below skill set is required:
• Appropriate trade qualification
• Prior practical calibration experience
• Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent safety standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of toll management
Ideal candidates would also possess:
• Demonstrated skills greater than 6 months
• Formal [post trade training in improvement or leadership
• Post trade qualification in a calibration related discipline
