Reporting to the GM, you’ll be evaluating trends, and making improvement recommendations for company systems, and implementing change in project specific systems.
We’d like you to have a keen understanding of operational, social and regulatory influence in the industry. Typically you’re the type of person that has your ears to the ground, spotting opportunities to develop into new work.
You’ll know how to work with limited resources in demanding times, and be able to report effectually.
You’ll be Tertiary qualified, with experience in road works, earthworks and drainage (10 - 100m), with commercial acumen, strong analytics, and great multilevel team communication.
