My client are a large pharmaceutical business that are experiencing significant growth. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join their team.
Description
As an integral member of the Maintenance team reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will have responsibility for developing reliability strategies and leading the planning and execution of all maintenance engineering across a complex chemical manufacturing facility. You will bring a broad understanding of maintenance engineering at both the hands on and tactical level to an important development role in a highly skilled group. In addition to your technical capability you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to contribute and develop, and the ability to engage and work well with all parties involved in the operation & maintenance of complex chemical assets.
Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high risk environment such as Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation & maintenance of complex chemical plants
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations and recommend solutions for equipment problems that exceed the maintenance technician level of expertise
- Experience with, and commitment to, engineering systems, procedures particularly Asset Management and Asset Integrity
