Site Civil Engineer - Client side

About the role
Based on site in VIC you will manage the construction of the civil aspects of a major EPC wind farm project.  Focusing on civil BOP work including turbine foundations, unsealed access roads, site buildings, cable tunnels etc. you will ensure that the civil work is completed by the contractor to the correct specifications and within the desired time frame.

Duties

• Site civil engineering and inspection of civil BOP work
• Ensure schedule is maintained
• Interact with main contractor
• Maintain HSEQ standards on site
• Regular reporting to senior management team on progress

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering
• Effective communicator and willingness to learn
• Good understanding of EPC project environment
• Passion to develop within renewable energy sector
