Position: Project Engineer

Discipline: Roads - TMR

Locations: Gladstone (FIFO), Rockhampton (FIFO) and Brisbane


The Role:

As the Project Engineer you will be reporting directly to the Senior Project Engineer and Project Management. You will be working with an already well established company looking to grow exponentially over the next 5 years. They've successfully delivered many major infrastructure projects all over Australia and are now about to take on another multi-million dollar project.  


Duties:

• Supervising and managing all site and graduate engineers 
• Ensuring all OH&S procedures are adhered to at all times
• Liaising with the senior project engineers and project managers
• Ensuring all time frames are met in accordance with the construction program
• Involvement in financial aspects of the project such as budgeting and variations and cost to complete, etc.

Requirements:

• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in TMR projects
• Sound knowledge and understanding of construction terminology
• Demonstrative experience in planning and programming of works and cost tracking/reporting
