Floth Sustainable Building Consultants is one of Australia’s leading building services and engineering consultancy practices. For more than 30 years we have worked on major projects in Australia and Asia, earning a reputation for technically excellent, commercially viable and sustainable designs.
We are currently seeking an experienced Revit Modeller to join our Sydney team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in multi-discipline building services drafting (AutoCAD 2D & Revit 3D MEP).
- Have at least 2 years full time Revit 3D MEP modelling experience.

Have a strength in mechanical services 3D Revit MEP modelling while also being proficient at hydraulic, fire and electrical services modelling.

Be proficient at drafting building services in AutoCAD 2D.

Be a team player willing to work within a collaborative environment.

Be flexible and willing to work on all drafting requirements including 3D, 2D and single line schematic design.

Have an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be an efficient worker capable of meeting project timelines.
- Be enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a passion to learn.
- Be willing to learn associated new skills such as 3D point cloud scanning, AutoDesk ReCAP and import into Revit of existing installations.
- Experience in AutoDesk Fabrication MEP (CAD Duct) & Navisworks is of benefit.
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Multi-discipline drafting.
- 3D drafting and modelling (Revit & AutoCAD).
- 2D drafting.
- Family creation in Revit.
- Drafting office duties.
