Your new company
Hays Engineering are currently partnered with a multidisciplinary design consultancy based in Sydney's CBD. Our client has established itself firmly in the market over the past 7 years and pride themselves on the innovative and cost effective way at which they provide solutions to their clients. Due to on going project work load our client is seeking to appoint an Senior Electrical engineer to their Building Services team.
Your new role
This opportunity presents itself for an Senior Electrical engineer who remains heavily involved with design and is passionate about remaining hands on with design. You will report directly to the Managing Director who will personally develop you in terms of business development and client liaison. Along with this you will be responsible for building out a team of electrical engineers and mentoring them.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant tertiary qualifications acknowledged by Engineers Australia
- Atleast 10 years Australian experience in building services - residential, retail, commercial, aged care, healthcare, hospitality etc- only applicants with who meet this criteria will be considered
- Must be self sufficient in terms of documentation - word, excel, and autocad
- Revit experience would also be an advantage
- Must be able to demonstrate a level of business development and would be expected to bring in some work.
