About the role
You will work closely with the Structural team and quickly gain exposure to projects and clients locally, as well as our team and projects across Australia.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for undertaking varied engineering tasks as part of a project team successfully delivering to our clients' requirements. You will have the opportunity to run projects independently and gain experience which will lead you to a more senior role.

Skills and experience
- A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
- Already possess or have a desire to attain RPEQ / CPEng status
- 4-5 years' minimum experience specific to building structural design
Technical:
Strong design experience / skills in:
- Large concrete frame buildings;
- Steel structures – industrial / commercial / retail;
- Thinking and solving problems;
- Looking for innovative / out of the box solutions and designs;
- Understanding of geotechnical and basement walls / retention;
- Understanding of seismic / wind loads on buildings;
- Critically assessing and reviewing designs by others;
- Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design.
