1-Process dealer warranty claims and provide expert guidance and assistance to mechanics and other HAVAL and Great Wall service staff from the dealer network
2-Investigate technical enquiries from the dealer network in consultation with the Technical Officer under the instruction of the Service and Warranty Engineer
3- Liaise with technical engineers from HO in China and resolve dealer warranty claims and technical issues as required.
4- Support the Screening of dealer technical enquiries whilst processing warranty claims, assist to identify common technical warranty issues and assist Service and Warranty Engineer in preparing technical bulletins and providing relevant technical and product training to dealers.
5- Responsible for the competency improvement with a focus on key diagnostic and master mechanics from dealers.
6-Ensure all dealers have appropriate warranty knowledge and DMs access to carry out HAVAL and Great Wall warranty claims.
7- To be responsible for warranty claim processing in terms of both service and parts from dealers.
8-Provide technical training support to HAVAL and Great Wall for warranty, service and other related matters as required from time to time by the management.
