Our client is a diverse and well-established client side project management and development consultancy that works across the full life cycle of projects from conceptualisation through to execution. This Australian owned company provides a range of services within the commercial, education, health and aged care sectors. This role will appeal to a talented Contract Administrator, Architect, Engineer or Junior Project Coordinator that is looking for career change or advancement.
In this role, you will work closely with the team of Project Managers and will be required to assist in the administration, reporting and monitoring of projects. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all phases of planning, design and tendering
- Reviewing and monitoring meeting schedules and project programmes
- Project and contract administration
- Liaising and coordinating with clients and key stakeholders
In order to be successful, you must possess tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, development or a similar discipline and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous project experience in the commercial, education, health and aged care sectors is ideal.
