The Company:

Our client are a well-known Residential Home Builder who have built a successful reputation for building beautiful homes. They are recognized across both standard geenfield housing and medium-density townhouse developments. 

Your Role:

• Supervision of all trades and work carried out on site.
• Coordinating the timely delivery of 15 Homes at once
• Negotiating with subcontractors, scheduling trades and coordinating their presence on site
• Rapport building and liaising with clients
• Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
• Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
• Complete QA inspections and monitor & control ETS spending

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Site Management role (volume building experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work autonomously as-well as part of a team – contributing to the delivery of construction targets for the region
• Technically minded with an aptitude for management and leadership
