A well established Melbourne builder has new work set to commence and is seeking to appoint a Site Manager. The projects vary in nature and range in size to $50m. You will become part of a high calibre team on well resourced projects.
The role is typical of a Site Manager position, requiring you to manage the site activities across all aspects of the projects as described above. You will be supported by established systems and procedures on projects carried out for selected clients with repeat subcontractors in place. With new work set to commence this is viewed as a long term appointment.
