Guardian Building Products (Qld) Pty Ltd is a long established supplier of products to the Building Industry. The company is a distributor of Fibre Cement and other products with a specific focus on fabrication of these products to enhance their value and to assist our customers to better meet their needs.
Guardian Building Products are looking to appoint a Factory Foreman / Supervisor to work as part of our Operations team. This person will be required to manage and organise the factory fabrication activities of Guardian Building Products (Qld) Pty Ltd including the direct supervision of our fabrication labour force. The Factory Foreman is the liaison link between factory output and our Logistic and Production operations team.
The person we are seeking will be trade competent and have strong organisation skills and the ability to build a strong, cohesive and effective fabrication team. You must be keen to learn and be prepared to work as part of our fabrication team to produce quality outcomes. Previous work experience in the building industry is essential. The applicant will need to display a willingness to take ownership of the role and be a team player in dealings with all members of our staff.
The role is full time and you will be required to work in our complex located in the Brisbane suburb of Geebung.
