Intrim Group is a manufacturer and supplier of a range of architectural building products to a variety of commercial and residential projects. A family owned business, Intrim Group are looking for team members to join our us on this exciting journey.
Due to rapid company growth and development, we require an Estimator to join the team to successfully and effectively prepare quotations and proposals. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for estimating ‘supply only’ proposals for architectural building products to builders and contractors, ensuring all deadlines and customer expectations are met on time.

Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 12 months’ experience
- Promote a positive working environment with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- A high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Australian Residency.
- Be proficient in using web-based software and Microsoft office products.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing supply only proposals/quotations as required by the sales team, presenting to the customer in a timely manner.
- Working alongside the sales team to submit ‘supply only’ proposals to builders and contractors
- Acting as the point of contact for customers for queries on estimates, providing proactive communication to the customer on updates and issues.
- Updating project information in CRM
- Monitoring and communicating conversion rates and estimate statuses to the sales manager
- Based in Picton office. Please check that you are in suitable proximity to Picton office prior to applying for this job.
