Love contracts, rail, and working in dynamic environment? Yes? Awesome, a growing Rail Contractor, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Sydney. You would have the opportunity to work on some Australia's most prominent rail infrastructure projects.
The Company
Our client is an award-winning contractor and they are one of the fastest growing businesses in the Australian market. Specialising in Station Upgrades and Rail Infrastructure, they have seen continued success by winning and delivering on key projects. With growth, comes a great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join the business, work with and learn from some of the best professionals within the rail industry.
About the role:
Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include but limited to:
- Contract Management including Variations and Claims
- Cost Control and Reporting
- Monitor financial aspects of the project
- Supplier Selection and Pricing
- Document Control
- Stakeholder Management
What should you have?
- Proven Contract Management Experience
- Strong Communication and Organisational Skills
- A Degree in Construction Management or similar
- 5 years experience in a similar appointment
- Experience in commercial or Infrastructure Projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working for a contractor on complex TFNSW projects
