In order to be considered for the role your resume MUST demonstrate the following strict criteria:
- 8+ years experience as a client-side PM
- Urban residential Land development experience
- Degree qualified in either Engineering Project Management or Architecture.
- Understanding of design codes, Australian standards and local authority guidelines
- Experience making and developing professional relationships
- MUST have Sydney experience
- MUST have right to work in Australia
