Located 5 minutes from the CBD this national construction company produces works across the Health, Education, Retail, Residential high rise, and Aged Care sectors from construction to fit out.
They require an energetic Senior Fit out Project Manager with a track record of delivering high quality, similar sized projects and have a sound knowledge of Construction.
You will be expected to have a wealth of experience in delivering commercial fit out projects with all the necessary skills that you have acquired through your tertiary studies and practical knowledge gained through your previous roles as Project Manager.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar
• Proven ability to manage large fit-outs ranging from $200K - $5M.
• Several years of experience as a Project Manager working on commercial fit outs
• Able to manage a dynamic team
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
• Expected to build and maintain a substantial portfolio of work
• Excellent communication and negotiationg skills
