About us
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator with 2+ years’ experience to join our very successful and progressive team in the Windows and Glazing industry with its head office in Mansfield, Brisbane.
You will be joining at a stage of growth and internal investment that your position will see you become the envy of the windows and glazing scene looking after building projects that vary in value from $1m - $40m. This is also a new office.
Your Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as an Estimator, pricing a wide variety of residential and/or building projects with a proven track record of winning new work (either as a team or individually).
Your Experience
- Create a Bill of Quantities
- Read drafting and architectural plans
- Run estimating recipes to calculate variations
- Liaise with suppliers and trades to negotiate the best rates for new builds
- At least 3 years of experience working as an estimator
- Knowledge of how to respond to tenders and tender systems for quoting projects
- Recent experience in residential and/or commercial projects
