The Role:
We now have an opportunity for a Commercial Estimator to join the team in Dandenong South. You will be responsible for estimating commercial projects, working closely with the team from reviewing schedules and quotations. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate extensive coordination with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify cost risks and opportunities
- Review and translate mechanical plans schedules, produce estimates and quotations
- Estimating Bathroom and Kitchen Space.
- Contract administration and post-tender negotiations
- Liaise with management
- Liaise with external stakeholders
About You:
- Ideally you would have worked as an Estimator or Sales experience.
- 2 years in commercial sales.
- Ability to read Project Specifications
- Extensive client/stakeholder liaison
- Sales (including over the counter sales, customer development and quotes)
- Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance)
- Embracing the Reece Group values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
- Great at customer service
- A confident communicator
- Professionally presented
- Current driver’s licence
- Computer skills
- Commitment to learning and professional development
